Your Wedding at Riverdale Barn

Access to the yard the day before your gathering allows you time to create the very distinct atmosphere you desire for your memorable occasion. You are also given time the morning after your event to remove those important items you have chosen to display. This allows you and your guests the entire day of your celebration to enjoy Riverdale Barn exclusively.

It’s your Wedding Day – we want it to be special. We encourage you to choose the people or business you wish to provide the photos, sounds, decorations and unique items that will create the atmosphere and special memories of your day.

Centrally located in a picturesque area of County Armagh near to Lough Neagh, Riverdale Barn is just 30 minutes from both Belfast City & Belfast International Airport.

We had viewed a couple of other venues which we liked but when we saw Riverdale Barn, nowhere else compared.....The venue was stunning! We met David at the venue who showed us round and instantly made us feel at home. He is so laid-back, has a great sense of humour, and clearly takes great pride in the place. We decided to go for it and returned to the venue a number of times throughout the planning stage. David always was there to answer our questions and gave lots of helpful suggestions when asked. Communicating with Riverdale Barn was so easy via email with Susie on the other end. Again, she was so helpful, providing all the information we needed, and answering any questions we had along the way. The venue really is stunning and doesnt need much, but David was very patient with us the day before the wedding allowing us in to set up and keeping the craic going all day. When we arrived the catering team had already been in and set up the tables beautifully. The day after we went up to clear the venue and everything was neatly boxed up waiting on us. Our guests all loved the venue! They commented how the day ran so smoothly and they were all really well looked after. David was there on the day and had a great team working with him. The bar was well stocked with something for everyone, and very reasonably priced! We can not recommend Riverdale Barn highly enough! Thanks again for making our day the best!

When we first arrived at Riverdale Barn we were blown away by it - such a stunning setting and you can see the pride that David takes in tending for it, always making wee improvements. Right from the outset of our wedding planning we had wanted a barn type venue and Riverdale ticked all the boxes. David, what can we say, you made us so at ease with your laid-back charm that we felt so at home at Riverdale Barn and knew this was where we wanted to get married. Nothing was too much bother for you and you were so patient answering all my questions. Susie, although we never got to meet you - thank you - you were always on hand with any bits of information that we needed for other suppliers and kept us right. Thank you David and your band of workers for being so efficient with the set up, ready to go for us arriving to add our own touches (not that it needs it because the buildings themselves are so beautiful) and the day after the wedding when you had everything neatly boxed up for us. Thanks also to the bar staff who were great on the day and there were plenty of options behind the bar to suit everyone's taste. All our guests loved Riverdale and fell in love with it like we had - lots of our guests still talk about it and how beautiful it is. Riverdale Barn will always hold a special place in our hearts. Once again thank you so much. Stephen and I would 100% recommend Riverdale Barn to any of our friends and family in the future.

Were do I start on river dale barn... it was absolutely AMAZING! We had the most unbelievable day from start to finish know one could believe how amazing the place was. The staff are all so helpful and gave tips/advice when needed. The grounds are absolutely stunning, and so serene, they make for brilliant wedding photographs!
